Install Jump Desktop

Install Jump Desktop on the device you connect from. The computer you connect to needs Jump Desktop Connect.

Install and sign in

Sign in with the same Jump Desktop account you used to set up Connect. Your computers then appear in the app.

  1. Download and install Jump Desktop for Windows.
  2. Open Jump Desktop and choose File > Sign In....

Requires 64-bit Windows 10 or later.

Requires macOS 11 or later.

The Mac App Store version is a one-time purchase. The direct download is a free trial that unlocks when you import a purchased license file or sign in to a Jump Desktop for Teams account. In both versions, adding more than one virtual display and redirecting USB devices other than game controllers need Jump Desktop for Teams Enterprise.

Member of a Jump Desktop for Teams team? Use the direct download, not the Mac App Store, and sign in to your team account. Your team's subscription includes the Mac license. See App purchases and Jump Desktop for Teams.

  1. Install Jump Desktop from the App Store. One app runs on both iPhone and iPad.
  2. Open Jump Desktop and tap Automatic Setup. If your computer list isn't empty, tap the settings icon at the top left, then Sign In.

Requires iOS or iPadOS 16 or later.

  1. Install Jump Desktop from Google Play.
  2. Open Jump Desktop and tap Sign In.

Requires Android 10 or later.
