Connect to your own computer¶
Reach your own Windows or Mac computer from another device, for example your office computer from a laptop at home. Install Jump Desktop Connect on the computer you want to reach, then connect from Jump Desktop with the same account. For an organization, see Get started with Jump Desktop for Teams.
Before you start¶

- The username and password you use to sign in to the remote computer.
Steps¶

- On a Mac, grant the permissions Connect asks for.
- In Connect, click Add a remote access user, click the sign-in link, and sign in to your Jump Desktop account in your web browser.
- On the device you connect from, install Jump Desktop.
- Open Jump Desktop and sign in with the same account:
- Windows and macOS: click Sign In.
- iPhone and iPad: tap Automatic Setup. If your computer list isn't empty, tap the settings icon, then Sign In.
- Android: tap Sign In.
- Open your computer from the list: double-click it on Windows and macOS, or tap it on iPhone, iPad, and Android.
- If asked, enter the remote computer's username and password, not your Jump Desktop account details.
