App purchases across devices#
A Jump Desktop app purchase is a one-time purchase for a single platform. The purchase covers all your devices on that platform but does not extend to other platforms. For current prices, see plans and pricing.
How it works#

- Same platform, additional devices: purchase once. An App Store purchase applies to all your iPhones and iPads, and a Mac purchase applies to all your Macs. Installing or reinstalling with the same store account does not incur another charge.
- Mac direct download: to apply a license file, click Import... in the app's Purchase Jump Desktop dialog and select the file.
- Different platform: purchase separately. For example, an iOS purchase does not unlock Jump Desktop for Mac.
- iPhone or iPad and Android: the Android app is free, so there is no purchase to share or transfer.
App purchases and Jump Desktop for Teams#
A Jump Desktop for Teams subscription includes Mac app licenses for all team members.
- Mac: team members install the direct-download version and sign in to their team account, and a license is assigned automatically.
- iPhone and iPad: purchase separately from the App Store.
