Deployment & infrastructure¶

For administrators rolling Jump out across many computers or running it on their own network.

• Choose a connectivity option: compare cloud-managed, on-premises relay, direct-only, and Cloudless Fluid connections.

Deploy at scale¶

• Deploy Connect to many computers: silent installs with a deployment tool or script.
• Deploy Connect with Microsoft Intune: install on Windows computers and add them to your team.
• Configure Jump Desktop for iOS and iPadOS with MDM: managed app configuration keys.

Infrastructure¶

• On-premises relay servers: route relayed connections through servers you control.
• Cloudless Fluid: connect by hostname or IP address without the Jump cloud.
• Network requirements: hosts, ports, and protocols to allow through firewalls.
• Use a proxy server: send traffic through an HTTPS or SOCKS5 proxy.
