Jump Desktop for Teams¶

Jump Desktop for Teams gives administrators a web dashboard for managing remote access across an organization. In one place, you control who can connect to which computers, enforce Connect settings, and manage sign-in and billing. Use it when several people need access to an organization's computers, for example staff reaching their office computers from home.

Users¶

• Add and manage users: invite people, manage pending invites, and remove users.

Computers¶

• Add and manage computers: add computers with pre-configured installers, rename, or remove them.
• Organize with tags and custom fields: label computers and users and add your own columns.

Access and configuration¶

• Control access with Access Groups: give sets of users access to sets of computers.
• Configure computers with Connect Configurations: enforce Connect settings on computers and Access Groups.
• Set virtual displays for a team: allow, fix, or keep virtual displays on team computers.
• Set codec and color defaults: fix the codec and color level for team computers.
• Set bandwidth limits: cap or set a minimum bandwidth for each connection.

Identity and sign-in¶

• Set up single sign-on: sign in with a SAML 2.0 identity provider.
• Change identity providers and renew SSO certificates: switch providers or replace an expiring certificate.
• Verify your domain: let SSO users from your domain skip email confirmation.
• Provision users with SCIM: manage accounts and Access Groups from your identity provider.
• Limit sign-in duration: sign team members out of Jump Desktop apps after a set time.

Security¶
